PropertyAI360 (“PropertyAI360”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a website and related services that allow users to compare and rate homes, view ranked results, and (at launch) access analytics and AI-assisted insights (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Eligibility

Certain features require an account. We use Clerk for account creation, authentication, and session management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. AI Insights Disclaimer

AI-generated insights are informational only and should not be considered financial, legal, or real estate advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for decision making.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyAI360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
